Summary: We stayed here while visiting Rotorua. The house is very large, in a beautiful setting, and close to everything we wanted to see.The bathrooms are a bit dated and tired, but everything else was wonderful.We will miss the fabulous views!

Summary: Really great stay! The cleaning seemed a little much in the binder due to already paying a cleaning fee, but still a wonderful location!

Summary: Location was great. Cleanliness was ok, upstairs shower doors needs a good cleaning. Don’t walk barefoot on the decking as the protruding nails will be a bother.

Summary: Very clean property. Spacious with everything you need to enjoy. Communication with the property manager excellent. Quick response with anything we required. The area was peaceful and had direct access to the town centre.

Summary: Property was perfect for our needs, clean and tidy and had all the amenties we required. Great kitchen, nice layout, heaps of room to relax and catch up with friends. Close to CBD. Could do with some more and upgraded outdoor furniture on the balcony and had to lock the front door with key at night which was bizzare, but thats just nit picking. Overall would recommend for group of up to 6 people (3 couples).
